Our team has worked together for 23 years in water treatment sales, installation and service in Mersin, Turkey.
At HSA Water Treatment, every job from sales and installation to filter replacement and repair service is carried out by our own team. The technician who visits your site works at the same table as the colleagues who explain the systems in our showroom and schedule your appointment.
Who is on our team?
- Office and customer service: Handles phone and WhatsApp requests, plans installation and maintenance appointments, and prepares quotations and invoices.
- Sales and technical consultancy: Recommends the right system and filter set for homes, businesses and facilities based on water analysis.
- Field service team: Carries out installation, periodic filter replacement, maintenance and repairs on site across Mersin.
- Industrial project team: Handles site surveys, design, installation and commissioning of reverse osmosis, softening, filtration and dosing systems.
