PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (KVKK)
HSA ARITMA TEKNOLOJİLERİ PROJE DANIŞMANLIK MÜHENDİSLİK TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ (the “Company”) fulfils its legal obligations under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) with the utmost care, in order to protect the confidentiality of the personal data and the fundamental rights and freedoms of our valued customers.
This notice has been prepared within the framework of Article 10 of the KVKK (“Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform”) and Article 11 (“Rights of the Data Subject”).

- Camera recordings when you visit our premises
Note: Special categories of personal data (health, biometric, religious belief, etc.) are not processed.

- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
