Silifke (Mersin): reverse osmosis for soilless strawberry greenhouses
In soilless (hydroponic) agriculture, the nutrient solution is directly affected by the salinity and hardness of the irrigation water. We installed two separate reverse osmosis lines for two greenhouses in Silifke:
- Smaller greenhouse: a 4-membrane (4×80) reverse osmosis system producing 4 m³ per hour, with a 2-inch sand filter with automatic valve upstream.
- Larger greenhouse: a 6-membrane (6×80) reverse osmosis system producing 6 m³ per hour, with pre-filtration in 36×72 FRP vessels, a dosing pump and a 5.5 HP vertical feed pump with frequency inverter.
Since October 2024 we have recorded more than 35 service and delivery visits at the two greenhouses: periodic maintenance and supply of antiscalant, liquid chlorine and membrane-protection acid.
Yenişehir (Mersin): softening, chlorination and storage for a hotel
In hotels, scale shortens the life of boilers, laundry and kitchen equipment. At a hotel in Yenişehir we installed water softening, ORP-controlled chlorine dosing, scale and corrosion inhibitor dosing and a 5-tonne modular galvanised storage tank. Since December 2023 we have recorded more than 75 maintenance and delivery visits at this facility; tablet salt, liquid chlorine and scale inhibitor are supplied regularly by us.
Yenişehir (Mersin): Olympic swimming pool and sports facilities
At an Olympic swimming pool facility we installed a 32-tonne GRP modular water tank, filtration in 21×62 and 24×72 FRP vessels, a 10 m³/h duplex (twin-tank, continuous) softening system and a 5 m³/h UV disinfection unit. We also carry out industrial maintenance and inspection of the treatment systems of the stadium, gymnasium and sports facilities in the same area.
Akdeniz (Mersin): process water for an electronics factory
In electronics manufacturing, rinse and process water must have low conductivity. We installed a 5 m³ reverse osmosis system, an AISI 316 stainless steel feed pump and a vertical multistage pump for an electronics factory in Akdeniz, and we have provided maintenance and spare parts since 2024.
Silifke (Mersin): drinking water for a youth camp
At a youth camp with heavy use in summer, we installed a compact reverse osmosis system producing 160 litres per hour and an ORP-controlled chlorine dosing pump. Since April 2025 we have recorded more than 40 maintenance, inspection and chemical delivery visits at the camp.
Dormitories: softening and boiler hygiene
At student dormitories in Yenişehir and Akdeniz we carried out softener maintenance, a 1,000-litre brine tank, boiler cleaning and hygiene, scale and corrosion inhibitor dosing and circulation pump works. Because scale in the hot water line increases both energy consumption and failure frequency, maintenance at these facilities runs on a periodic schedule.
Toroslar (Mersin): softening and activated carbon for food production
For a food producer in Toroslar we installed a cabinet-type water softener and an activated carbon filter in a 16×65 FRP vessel; we replace the quartz and coconut-shell activated carbon media.
How we work
- Site survey and water analysis (free): The water source (mains, well, tank), daily consumption and intended use are assessed and the water is analysed.
- Design and quotation: The system is designed according to capacity, pre-filtration, number of membranes, dosing and storage requirements.
- Installation and commissioning: Piping, electrical connection and initial settings are carried out by our own team.
- Periodic maintenance: Membranes, filters, salt, antiscalant and chlorine supply; inspection visits run on schedule.
