Purified Water Systems: Installation and Service
Purified (demineralised) water systems based on reverse osmosis supply consistent, low-conductivity water for production, laboratories, batteries and boilers.
Purified water is water from which most dissolved salts, hardness and other impurities have been removed. It is used where tap water would leave deposits, affect product quality or damage equipment, and it is one step below ultrapure water in quality.
Where Is Purified Water Used?
Food and beverage production, cosmetics and chemicals, laboratories, hospitals and sterilisation units, battery filling, car wash final rinse, humidification and steam boilers.
How Is It Produced?
- Pretreatment: sediment and activated carbon filtration, softening or antiscalant dosing
- Reverse osmosis: removes the large majority of dissolved salts
- Optional polishing: ion exchange or EDI for lower conductivity
- Storage and UV: clean storage and disinfection before use
Service and Maintenance
Regular filter replacement, membrane cleaning, conductivity checks and preventive maintenance keep water quality stable and extend membrane life. We offer periodic service contracts for systems we install and for existing systems.
